For the project manager: fewer tool-and-status detours
A project manager’s day is a stream of small interruptions.
- Where is that card?
- What is my priority list?
- Where do I log this?
- What did that thread actually decide?
And each question is a detour away from the work only the PM can do.

The card context*: The agents use the context available in and around the card—such as its name, details, parent relationship or comment history—to create a structured first draft.

An example
A product owner creates a User Story with only a title. Elaborator drafts the description. Smart-Acceptance proposes acceptance criteria. Smart-Task breaks the work into ToDos, while Smart-BDD and Test-Gen create starting points for behavioural scenarios and test coverage.
The product owner, developer and QA professional then review, correct and approve the generated content before delivery begins.
Every output can be inserted, regenerated, edited, or refined, so the draft is a starting point, not a final answer.

Notes to consider:
- Nimble Buddy retains chat history for the last two hours.
- Some actions require the card ID and, where IDs overlap, the project name.
- Generated content must be reviewed before insertion.
