You can create an Employee using the following navigations:<\/p>\n

- In the left navigation panel, expand the\u00a0Recent Projects<\/strong>\u00a0menu and select any project. Hover over the Project breadcrumb at the top, expand the\u00a0Execute<\/strong>\u00a0module, and select\u00a0Employee<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
- In the left navigation panel, Click the\u00a0ADD\u00a0<\/b>button\u00a0and select\u00a0Card<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Steps to Add an Employee<\/h2>\n
- \n
- Click the\u00a0ADD<\/strong>\u00a0button.<\/li>\n
- Enter the relevant onboarding information required to add the employee:\n

- \n
- Employee Name: Enter the name of the employee.<\/li>\n
- Gender: Select the gender of the employee.<\/li>\n
- Card Owner: Select the card owner for the employee.<\/li>\n
- Address: Enter the address of the employee.<\/li>\n
- Joining Date: Enter the date of the employee’s joining date.<\/li>\n
- Reporting Manager: Enter the reporting manager of the employee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
- Fill in the other remaining attributes and click the\u00a0SAVE<\/strong>\u00a0button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

<\/a><\/p>\nDefault Sections in Employee<\/h2>\n
The default sections appearing for an employee are Details, Linked Cards, Comments & Attachments, and Activity Log.<\/p>\n
Once the Employee is added, the following tab is visible:<\/p>\n

- Details<\/b>: The Details section displays, gathers, and tracks all information related to the employee.<\/li>\n
- Comments & Attachments:\u00a0<\/b>The members can add comments related to the project item which are then listed in the Comments section. When a project item requires more data for reference, you can attach files that can be downloaded, edited, and uploaded. For more information, click\u00a0here<\/a>.<\/li>\n
- Linked Cards:<\/strong>\u00a0It helps you to set parent-child hierarchy and relationship between themes\/epics and workitems and trace them while working with them. For more information, click\u00a0here<\/a>.<\/li>\n
- Activity Log<\/b>: The Activity log displays the list of operations in reverse chronological order for activities performed such as updating, closing, reopening, etc. In the Activity Log, you can view the various versions and the differences in two versions of a workitem.
