These documents are essential for the proper functioning and governance of a student organization.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> This menu is only available for the Student Organizations template.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nimblework.com\/knowledge-base\/nimble\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Org-Document.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-14276\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nimblework.com\/knowledge-base\/nimble\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Org-Document.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1126\" height=\"579\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><a id=\"Navigation\"><\/a>Navigation<\/h2>\n<p>In the left navigation panel, expand the All Projects\u00a0menu and select any project. <a id=\"Add\"><\/a>Hover over the Project breadcrumb at the top, expand the\u00a0<strong>Execute<\/strong>\u00a0module, and select\u00a0<strong>Org Document<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Steps to Add an Org Document<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Click the\u00a0<strong>ADD<\/strong>\u00a0button.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the relevant attributes about the creation of an Org Document:\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Name: Enter an appropriate title that identifies the document.<\/li>\n<li>Card Owner: Assign a Card Owner for accountability.<\/li>\n<li>Document Type: Select a document type from the available options.<\/li>\n<li>Description: Provide a brief description of the document to help others understand its purpose and focus.<\/li>\n<li>Priority: Set the priority of the document.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><a id=\"DefaultSections\"><\/a>Fill in the other remaining attributes and click the\u00a0<strong>SAVE<\/strong>\u00a0button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Default Sections in Org Documents<\/h2>\n<p>The default sections appearing for an Org Document are Details, Linked Cards, Comments &amp; Attachments, Activity Log, and System Fields.<\/p>\n<p>Once the Org Document is created, the following tab is visible:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"whs1\" type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"p-ListBullet\"><b>Details<\/b>: The Details section displays, gathers, and tracks all information related to the Org Documents.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p-ListBullet\"><strong>Linked Cards:<\/strong> It helps you to set parent-child hierarchy and the relationship between themes\/epics and workitems and trace them while working with them. When a project item requires more data for reference, you can attach files that can be downloaded, edited, and uploaded.
