Nimble Buddy is your AI assistant inside Nimble. Ask it questions in plain language to learn how to use the product and to find information about your work \u2014 all from a single chat, without leaving the page you are on.<\/p>\n

Important:<\/strong> Nimble Buddy for a newly created project card type or menu works only after the nightly adapter has run. It retains chat log information for the last 2 hours only.<\/p>\n

Opening Nimble Buddy<\/h2>\n

Click the Nimble Buddy<\/strong> icon in the left navigation panel. The chat opens with a greeting \u2014 \u201cWhat would you like to do today?\u201d \u2014 along with a few suggestions to help you get started.<\/p>\n

Type your question in the Message Nimble Buddy<\/strong> box using everyday language \u2014 there is no special syntax to learn.<\/p>\n

Ask \u201chow to\u201d questions and Nimble Buddy explains the steps and points you to the right place \u2014 for example, \u201cHow to invite users to a project?\u201d, \u201cHow to create a project?\u201d, \u201cHow to log time on a to-do of a card?\u201d, or \u201cHow to apply filters using Advanced Filters?\u201d. It replies with clear, step-by-step guidance.<\/p>\n

Select Start New Chat<\/strong> to begin a fresh conversation at any time, and History<\/strong> to revisit your earlier conversations. Nimble Buddy retains your chat history for the last 2 hours.<\/p>\n
