Indicates how accommodating a user wants to be when comparing time elapsed for an objective with the progress for that objective.<\/p>\n<p><a id=\"Rocketship\"><\/a>Value for &#8220;Deviation&#8221; can be in the range of 5% to 100%<\/p>\n<h3>Rocketship Tile<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nimblework.com\/knowledge-base\/nimble\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/R-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-17768\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nimblework.com\/knowledge-base\/nimble\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/R-1.jpg\" alt=\"Rocketships\" width=\"191\" height=\"151\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>A Rocketship is an objective that is running ahead of its timelines. That means, if progress is twice the time elapsed beyond a time elapsed threshold of 20% for a purpose then it is a Rocketship.<\/p>\n<p>For an objective to be classified as a Rocketship, it should satisfy both condition 1 and condition 2:<\/p>\n<p>Condition 1: The time elapsed value for the objective is &gt;= 20%<\/p>\n<p>Condition 2: The progress value for the objective is twice (2x) of time elapsed value<\/p>\n<p>With Rocketship a user can keep track of objectives that are performing far beyond expectations so that better <a id=\"LearningIndex\"><\/a>decisions related to time allocation and check-in frequency can be made while setting future OKRs.<\/p>\n<h3>Learning Index Tile<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nimblework.com\/knowledge-base\/nimble\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/LI-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-17769\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nimblework.com\/knowledge-base\/nimble\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/LI-1.jpg\" alt=\"Learning Index\" width=\"195\" height=\"152\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>A user can give two inputs for any learning associated with a KR: 1. \u201cLearning Impact\u201d and 2. \u201cLearning Description\u201d, for each KR.<\/p>\n<p>Based on this the user can look at the overall \u201cLearning Index\u201d, indicating how much learning is taking place within the team, department and company while the OKRs are progressing.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u201cLearning Impact\u201d (Mandatory; Default value = \u201cNo\u201d); Dropdown for users to select from \u201cNo\u201d, \u201cLow\u201d, \u201cMedium\u201d and \u201cHigh\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>\u201cLearning Description\u201d (Optional); Text box; Placeholder text = \u201cDescribe your learnings associated with this key result\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Computing Learning Index:<\/p>\n<p>No. of KRs with Learning impact as \u201cNone\u201d = N<\/p>\n<p>No. of KRs with Learning impact as \u201cLow\u201d = L<\/p>\n<p>No. of KRs with Learning impact as \u201cMedium\u201d = M<\/p>\n<p>No. of KRs with Learning impact as \u201cHigh\u201d = H<\/p>\n<p>Total no. of KRs = K<\/p>\n<p>Learning Index = Round off to the nearest integer value ([(0*N + 1*L + 2*M + 3*H) \/ (3*K)] * 100)<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Round off to the nearest integer\u201d means if the Learning Index comes out to be 66.66%, then show 67% or if the Learning Index comes out to be 33.33%, then show 33%.<\/p>\n<p>For example,<\/p>\n<p>No. of KRs with Learning impact as \u201cNone\u201d = 2<br \/>\nNo. of KRs with Learning impact as \u201cLow\u201d = 3<br \/>\nNo. of KRs with Learning impact as \u201cMedium\u201d = 3<br \/>\nNo. of KRs with Learning impact as \u201cHigh\u201d = 2<br \/>\nTotal no. of KRs = 10<br \/>\n<a id=\"Pilot\"><\/a>Learning Index = Round off to the nearest integer value ([(0*2 + 1*3 + 2*3 + 3*2) \/ (3*10)] * 100) = 50%<\/p>\n<h3>Pilot or Losable Bet Tile<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nimblework.com\/knowledge-base\/nimble\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Pilot-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-17770\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nimblework.com\/knowledge-base\/nimble\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Pilot-1.jpg\" alt=\"Pilot\" width=\"195\" height=\"149\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Denotes the number of KRs marked as &#8220;Pilot or Losable Bets&#8221;.
