Steps to Integrate Gmail with Nimble<\/h2>\n

Follow these steps to integrate Gmail with Nimble:<\/p>\n

  1. Log in to your Gmail Account.<\/li>\n
  2. Click the Get Add-ons<\/b> button (marked with a ‘+’).<\/li>\n
  3. In the Google Workspace Marketplace window, search for the Nimble <\/b>app.<\/li>\n
  4. Select the Nimble app thumbnail and click Install<\/b>.<\/li>\n
  5. Grant the necessary access permissions when prompted.<\/li>\n
  6. Nimble will now be available as an add-on for your Gmail account.<\/li>\n

    a) Installing Nimble App on Gmail:<\/h4>\n

    1. Open Gmail from the integrations list and click on ‘Redirect’, which will take you to Gmail Workspace Marketplace.<\/li>\n
    2. Nimble installation page will open up on the Google Workspace marketplace on Gmail.<\/li>\n
    3. Install the Nimble App from the Google Workspace Marketplace.<\/li>\n
    4. Access the Nimble App in the Gmail add-ons bar post-installation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      b) Adding a Card via Nimble App:<\/h4>\n

      1. Open the Nimble App from the add-ons bar.<\/li>\n
      2. Open the required email and click on ‘Add Card’ on the Nimble side panel.<\/li>\n
      3. Choose a project, card name (default is the email subject), type, priority, and due date.<\/li>\n
      4. Any missing fields will be added as comments to the card<\/li>\n
      5. Select the option ‘Add email content to the card’. This will add the entire email conversation along with attachments in the card description.<\/li>\n
      6. Upon clicking on ‘Add’, the card will be created.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        c) Updating a Card via Nimble App:<\/h4>\n

        1. Open the Nimble App from the add-ons bar.<\/li>\n
        2. Open the email you wish to update a card for.<\/li>\n
        3. In the Nimble side panel, search for the card using the Card ID or Card name and select a card from the search results.<\/li>\n
        4. Select the option ‘Add email content to the card’. This will add the entire email conversation along with attachments as a comment to the card.<\/li>\n
