It might occur as a result of a discussion by a group of people as an action plan. The Activity is assigned to a member responsible for performing the action and reporting to the group on the status.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Activity form is disabled by default. Hover over the <strong>Project<\/strong> breadcrumb at the top, expand the <strong>Execute<\/strong> module, and select <strong>Activity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><a id=\"StepstoCreate\"><\/a>Steps to Create an Activity<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Click the\u00a0<strong>ADD<\/strong>\u00a0button.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the relevant attributes for the activity:\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Name: Write a clear and concise subject line that summarizes the activity&#8217;s purpose. Keep it brief and informative.<\/li>\n<li>Card Owner: Select the person responsible for completing the activity.<\/li>\n<li>Description: Provide a detailed description of the tasks involved and any relevant information.<\/li>\n<li>Priority: Specify the urgency of the activity. This could be high, medium, or low, depending on the urgency of the issue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Fill in any other remaining attributes and click the <strong>SAVE<\/strong>\u00a0button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>To know how to quickly add an activity from the left navigation panel, <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nimblework.com\/knowledge-base\/nimble\/article\/how-to-add-and-modify-a-workitem\/#Add_from_left_panel\" rel=\"noopener\">click here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2><a id=\"defaultsections\"><\/a>Default Sections in Activity<\/h2>\n<p>The default sections appearing for an Activity are Details, Linked Cards, Comments &amp; Attachments, and Activity Log.<\/p>\n<p>Once the Activity is created, the following tabs are visible:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"whs1\" type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"p-ListBullet\"><b>Details<\/b>: The Details section displays, gathers, and tracks all information related to the Activity.<\/li>\n<li><b>Comments &amp; Attachments:\u00a0<\/b>The members can add comments related to the project item which are then listed in the Comments section. When a project item requires more data for reference, you can attach files that can be downloaded, edited, and uploaded.
