User Profile<\/h2>\n

Use User Profile<\/strong> to view and update your personal details, such as your name and profile picture. This section helps you keep your profile information up to date and consistent across the application. Your profile picture is reflected in multiple areas of Nimble, helping team members easily identify you.<\/p>\n

You can easily update or track your profile from the My\u00a0Profile<\/strong>\u00a0link in the User Profile panel.<\/a><\/p>\n

  • Click the Edit (pencil) icon<\/b> to enter or update your personal details, including First Name, Last Name, Designation, Location, and other personal information.<\/li>\n

  • View project-related details such as Project Name, Start Date, End Date, and Persona under the Projects<\/b> section.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Change Password<\/b> allows you to update your account password to keep your account secure.<\/p>\n

Steps to Reset Your Password<\/b><\/p>\n

  1. Hover over your Profile picture<\/b> in the top-right corner and click Change Password<\/b>.<\/li>\n
  2. Check your inbox\u2014an email is sent to your registered email address with instructions to reset your password.<\/li>\n
  3. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password and set a Password Recall Question<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Password Requirements: <\/b>The password must be an alphanumeric string with a minimum of 8 characters and a maximum of 20 characters.<\/p>\n

    Password Recall Question: <\/b>You can set a Password Recall Question to confirm your identity if you forget your password. The new password and recall question take effect for all subsequent logins.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Set a Landing Page on Login: <\/b>This preference allows you to choose the page that appears when you log in to the application. For example, if you set Work Hub<\/b> as the landing page, the Work Hub opens automatically after login. You can select from the available application pages.<\/p>\n

Select Date Format: <\/b>Use this preference to choose the date format displayed across different areas of the application. Select the format that best matches your regional or personal preference.<\/p>\n

Display Icon Labels: <\/b>This preference lets you show or hide menu labels in the application. Enabling labels makes navigation clearer, while hiding them provides a more compact view.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Profile Picture<\/h3>\n

Your profile picture is displayed here if it was added previously, the First name and Last name initials of the user will be shown if no profile picture is set. To change the profile picture:<\/p>\n

Steps to Add or Update Profile Photo<\/b><\/p>\n

  1. Hover over your Profile picture<\/b> in the top-right corner and click My Profile<\/b>.<\/li>\n
  2. Click the Change Picture<\/b> link.<\/li>\n
  3. In the screen that appears, click UPLOAD PHOTO<\/b>.<\/li>\n
  4. Browse and select the required image file from your computer.\n
