Sometimes, under certain circumstances, it is possible that projects (and all employees in those projects) will need to follow different work timings or additional non-working days based on the business requirement.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">The product helps an organization capture all this information and reflect it in the Organization\u2019s project-planning activities. Hover over the top breadcrumb, expand the <strong>Administration<\/strong> module, and select <strong>Organization Calendar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Define the Weekly Pattern<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>On the Weekly Pattern page, you can set the default Working Hours and Start Time for yourself for each weekday. When you enter values in the <b>hrs<\/b>\u00a0box and the time after the\u00a0<b>at <\/b>box, the time is set as your default working time. For example, if you set 9 hours in the first box and 8 a.m. in the starting at the box, the default time is set from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. computing 9 working hours. However, you can set the working hours in the different time slots in the <b>Advanced Settings.<br \/>\n<\/b><strong>Note:<\/strong> You can enter time in the calendar in the multiple of 15 minutes only for example &#8211; \u00a08:15 a.m., 8:30 a.m., 8:45 a.m., 9:00 a.m., etc.<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"whs2\" align=\"left\">In the Set work pattern pane, you can set the working pattern for the week. You can specify working days by selecting it as a <b>Full Working Day<\/b>\u00a0or\u00a0<b>Half Working Day<\/b> from the drop-down. If you want to define a holiday then select the\u00a0<b>Holiday<\/b> option from the drop-down list against that particular day.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Define Holidays<\/h2>\n<p class=\"listbullet2\">In the\u00a0<b>Set holiday<\/b> pane, you can define holidays in the calendar.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"listbullet2\">Enter the Holiday Date Range by selecting an appropriate Start date and End date. While entering the Start Date and End Date make sure that no holidays have the same dates or overlapping dates.<\/li>\n<li class=\"listbullet2\">Give a name to your holiday and select the holiday type.<\/li>\n<li class=\"listbullet2\">To add a new holiday, click the <b>More Options<\/b>\u00a0icon in the\u00a0<b>Actions<\/b>\u00a0column and select the\u00a0<b>Add<\/b> option. Enter the Start Date, End Date, Holiday Name, and Holiday type. The organizational holidays are inherited in the calendar of every resource. You can set the actual working hours for a day in two or three time slots.<\/li>\n<li>To add a new time slot, click the <b>More Options<\/b>\u00a0icon in the\u00a0<b>Actions<\/b>\u00a0column and select the\u00a0<b>Add<\/b> option. Select the day, enter Working hours, Start Time, and End Time.
