Some forms may permit only a single entry. Using <b>AI-powered recommendations<\/b>, you can also view similar workitems at any point, even after creating or updating an item.<\/p>\n<h3><a><\/a>Adding a Workitem<\/h3>\n<p>All workitems related to a feature display an <strong>ADD<\/strong> button on the toolbar in the List view. If the AI-Powered features are configured for your workitem type, then while creating a workitem, AI helps to perform the following operations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>AI-Suggest:<\/strong> This feature recommends similar workitems from the same as well as other projects alongside so that you can easily refer to its details. To use the AI similar workitem functionality, you must configure settings in the <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nimblework.com\/knowledge-base\/nimble\/article\/ai-powered-similar-workitems\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Set Up AI-Suggest<\/a> page. For example, if your workitem type is <em data-start=\"157\" data-end=\"165\">Defect<\/em> and you want AI recommendations based on the <strong data-start=\"211\" data-end=\"233\">Steps to Reproduce<\/strong> field, set the recommendation on that field.<a id=\"commontabs\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"280\" data-end=\"483\">Fields enabled for AI suggestions are highlighted and display a note at the bottom-left corner, reminding users to provide adequate input for accurate auto-population and better similar-workitem results.<\/p>\n<h3>Common Tabs of a Workitem<\/h3>\n<p class=\"SectionHeading\"><strong>Details Section:<\/strong> Details is a standard section. You can also open the detail view of the card and make further changes to it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><a id=\"InsertRows\"><\/a>Insert Rows to Add Multiple Workitems at Once<\/h2>\n<p>The <strong>Insert Rows<\/strong> option allows you to add <strong>multiple Workitems (cards)<\/strong> directly from a grid in a single action, without creating them one by one. This is useful when you want to quickly capture multiple cards during planning, refinement, or review sessions while staying within the grid.<\/p>\n<h3>How to Insert Multiple Rows<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the required Workitems listing. Click <strong>More<\/strong> in the top-right corner of the grid, and select <strong>Insert Rows<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>In the <strong>Insert Rows<\/strong> window:\n<ul>\n<li>Each row represents a new Workitem.<\/li>\n<li>You can enter values directly into the grid based on the field type.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Enter data in the Insert Rows grid.<br \/>\nIn the Insert Rows window, enter values directly in the grid. Each row represents a new Workitem, and fields support different input behaviors based on their type:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li><strong>Rich text fields<\/strong> such as Description, Acceptance Criteria, or BDD Scenarios display Click Here to Add. Clicking this opens a rich text editor where you can enter and format content.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Inline-editable fields<\/strong> such as dropdowns, tags, dates, numbers, or short text can be edited directly within the cell. Click inside the cell and select or type values, similar to working in a spreadsheet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>SAVE<\/strong> to create the Workitems, or\u00a0<strong>DISCARD<\/strong> to exit without saving.<br \/>\nIf errors occur while adding multiple Workitems,<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click <strong>DISCARD<\/strong> to proceed with the successfully added Workitems, or <strong>FIX ERRORS<\/strong> to correct the Workitems with errors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>After saving, Workitems are successfully created and added to the Workitem listing grid.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1183\" data-end=\"1192\">Note:<\/strong> The <strong data-start=\"1197\" data-end=\"1205\">Name<\/strong> field is mandatory. Add comments if needed.
