Accessing Subscription Details<\/h2>\n

To access the subscription details of your account, navigate to Administration <\/b>and Organization Settings <\/b> License Management<\/b>. The page displays your plan information.<\/p>\n

<\/a>Viewing the License Plan<\/h2>\n

The page helps you view the license details like the Plan start date, Plan end date, the number of users, Next bill estimates, Billing owner, document storage, the plans and add-ons you have selected, etc. Also, you can upgrade or renew your plan. It helps you to see the following information –<\/p>\n

Plan details: <\/b>It shows you the number of users, the start date, and the end date of your plan.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Cancel Subscription<\/b>\u2014<\/strong>You can cancel your license subscription at any time by clicking the\u00a0CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION<\/strong> button. Even after canceling the subscription, the account information is kept safe until the renewal date. That means the application administrator and users can access their accounts until the renewal date if they want. After the renewal date, the account will be deactivated for two weeks and then\u00a0deleted.<\/p>\n

Add-Ons and Current Usage<\/b>\u2014<\/strong>This section shows the add-ons, such as Business Rule, MSP Integration, PPM, AI Similarity, and Auto-fill, available to use in the application. To add or remove the add-ons\u00a0to\/from your plan, click the EDIT <\/b>button and select the respective checkboxes. You can see the applicable charges of the respective add-ons and pay the money to start using them.<\/p>\n

Billing Owner <\/b>– This shows the information of the billing owner. To change the billing owner details, click the EDIT<\/strong> icon and provide the name and email of the new owner.<\/p>\n

Payment method: <\/b>It helps you select the payment method for your plan.<\/p>\n

Document Storage – <\/b>This section shows your application\u2019s storage capacity. You can see the used storage capacity against the available storage capacity.\u00a0 The storage capacity varies depending on the plan you have taken. For example, the given plan has the following storage capacity.<\/p>\n
