It empowers you to break down the bigger task into granular elements, and then prioritize, collaborate, and deliver those smaller activities on a regular basis so that the User Story\/parent activity gets completed on time, every time.<a id=\"Navigation\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Navigation<\/h2>\n<p>Open a workitem, for example, User story, and select the ToDos tab.<a id=\"AddTodo\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Steps to Add a ToDo<\/h3>\n<p>1.\u00a0 Click the <strong>More Options<\/strong> from the overflow menu and select the <b>insert <\/b>option.<\/p>\n<p>2. Enter the name, assign ToDo owner, and add the effort as required.<\/p>\n<p>3. Click the <strong>SAVE<\/strong> button.<a id=\"FileTime\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Learn more about the other options <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nimblework.com\/knowledge-base\/nimble\/article\/working-with-todos\/\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>File Time in a ToDo<\/h2>\n<p>1. To enter the time for a ToDo, click the <strong>Enter Time<\/strong> icon.<\/p>\n<p>2. When the Enter Time window is loaded for the first time, the <strong>SUBMIT<\/strong> button is disabled by default.<\/p>\n<p>3. When timesheet efforts are edited, or changes are made to the timesheet, the <strong>SAVE<\/strong> button is enabled.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: If the ToDo is completed then you can select the &#8220;Mark as Complete&#8221; check box after logging the time against the ToDo and submit it.<\/p>\n<p>4.
