When a card is created, the ToDo list is automatically generated, and the owner only needs to update them.<\/p>\n<p><a id=\"ProcessTemplateLevel\"><\/a>You can add the default ToDos at the <strong>Process Template (PT) level<\/strong> or <strong>Project level.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"whs73\">Process Template Level<\/h3>\n<p>To add default ToDo(s) at the PT level, perform the following steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>To add default ToDos at the PT level, navigate to the Process Template and go to <strong data-start=\"113\" data-end=\"135\">Execute &gt; Work Hub<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong data-start=\"143\" data-end=\"209\">More Options &gt; Card Settings &gt; Default ToDos &gt; Configure<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The Default To-Dos pop-up will appear, where you can click the <strong>+<\/strong> icon to add a new To-Do, enter name, and save it.<\/li>\n<li>You can edit a To-Do by selecting it, renaming it, and saving, as well as delete it if needed.<\/li>\n<li>You can also move a To-Do up or down to change its order.<\/li>\n<li>After making changes, click <strong data-start=\"515\" data-end=\"523\">Save<\/strong> and then choose <strong data-start=\"540\" data-end=\"551\">PUBLISH<\/strong> or <strong data-start=\"555\" data-end=\"573\">PUBLISH TO ALL<\/strong> based on your requirement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nimblework.com\/knowledge-base\/nimble\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/PT_card_settings.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-8594 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nimblework.com\/knowledge-base\/nimble\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/PT_card_settings.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"672\" height=\"508\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.nimblework.com\/knowledge-base\/nimble\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/PT_card_settings.jpg 672w, https:\/\/www.nimblework.com\/knowledge-base\/nimble\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/PT_card_settings-300x227.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 672px) 100vw, 672px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>PUBLISH<\/b>: It updates the Default ToDos for the projects created from the PT where Default ToDos have not been modified at the project level.<\/p>\n<p>For example, if a Development PT has Projects A and B, and you set default ToDos at the PT level, Project A may customize them while Project B keeps the PT-defined list. If you later update the ToDos in the Development PT and click <strong data-start=\"296\" data-end=\"307\">PUBLISH<\/strong>, the changes apply only to Project B because Project A has its own customized ToDos.<\/p>\n<p><b>PUBLISH TO ALL<\/b>: \u00a0It updates the Default ToDos for all the projects created from the PT.<\/p>\n<p>So all the Default ToDos set at the project level are lost as they are overwritten by PT level ToDos.<\/p>\n<p><a id=\"ProjectLevel\"><\/a>As per the above example, using <strong data-start=\"86\" data-end=\"104\">PUBLISH TO ALL<\/strong> will delete Project A\u2019s customized ToDos and replace them with the ToDos from the Development PT. You can further Add or Modify the ToDos.<\/li>\n<li><a id=\"CardDesigner\"><\/a>Setting the Default ToDos at the project level will delink it from the PT level. Flags appear on the right side of the last row of the card, up to four. To display a flag, drag it from the left panel to the Flag section below the card preview.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"238\" data-end=\"370\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Flags stay in the position <strong>set in the preview<\/strong>. A mix of action items and flags, up to three, can also appear at the top of the card.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> If action items aren\u2019t shown on the left of the last row, you can place flags there. This helps address issues before the card is blocked. To remove the flag, click the icon again and add a comment.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"210\" data-end=\"295\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">All comments entered while flagging or unflagging appear in the <strong data-start=\"274\" data-end=\"286\">Comments<\/strong> section.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"whs80\"><strong>Vote<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Team members can express their choice by voting on a card so that their feedback can be tracked. The number of votes can be tracked on the Votes field of the card.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"whs80\"><strong>Block<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are stuck for any reason while working on a card and effectively blocked from making progress, you can seek attention to it by blocking the card.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nimblework.com\/knowledge-base\/nimble\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Block_crd.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-8593 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nimblework.com\/knowledge-base\/nimble\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Block_crd.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"170\" height=\"78\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>To block a card,<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click the <strong>Block<\/strong> icon.<\/li>\n<li>In the popup window, select a <b>Blocking Reason<\/b> (optional) from the drop-down and enter a <strong>Blocking C<\/strong><b>omment<\/b> (mandatory).<\/li>\n<li>Click <b>ADD BLOCK <\/b>while blocking a card. The Blocking reason and the Blocking comment will be seen in a tabular form.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Hovering over the Blocked icon on a card displays the blocking reason along with the user who blocked the card.<br \/>\nTo <strong>Unblock<\/strong>, click the icon, enter a comment, and click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><b>Note<\/b>: You will not be able to edit, move or create a spillover of a blocked card.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"whs79\">Action Items<\/h4>\n<p>Configured action items like Comments, Attachments, Linked Cards, To-Dos, Dependencies, Tags, and % Complete appear on the first left of the last row (up to 4 items). A mix of action items and up to 3 flags can also appear at the top.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: If flags are not shown on the right side of the last row of the card, then you can show their action items. For example, if two flags are shown there and the space of two flags is blank then that blank space can be used for 2 action items.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"whs79\">Card Attributes<\/h4>\n<p>The card attributes can be configured across two rows.<\/p>\n<table style=\"width: 65.3306%; border-collapse: collapse; border-style: solid; border-color: #000000;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 100%; text-align: left;\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> Card attributes with icons will be visible in the list.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Drag and drop the attributes in the respective rows under the Preview section. The attributes will be shown in the same order as they have been configured in the row below the card.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"whs79\">Preview<\/h4>\n<p>You can get a preview of how the Detail view of a card type will look after you add or remove fields in the card type.<\/p>\n<p>The sample card gives a preview, which refreshes automatically after every change. The changes are reflected when you return to the board.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whs76\"><strong>Attributes Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Card attributes can be customized across two rows, with up to four attributes per row depending on their data type.<\/li>\n<li>A field with Data Type String or Date occupies 50% of a row, while a Number field occupies 25%. Thus, a row can hold a maximum of two String\/Date fields or four Number fields.<\/li>\n<li>By default, the card contains 6 attributes.<\/li>\n<li>To reorder, drag and drop an attribute between the desired fields.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>% Complete<\/h4>\n<p>This option allows you to set the % Complete Preference for your card type.
