The layout of the cards allows you to view cards tagged to any other Release and Sprints using the Filter option in the toolbar.<\/p>\n<p><b>Note<\/b>: Any inactive icon in the last row of the card layout (except for two icons in the bottom left position) will not be visible all the <a id=\"Navigation\"><\/a>time and will appear only on hovering over the card. But once you use any of the right-side icons on a card, it will be visible on the card.<\/p>\n<h2><a id=\"Actions\"><\/a>Navigation<\/h2>\n<p>Navigate to the breadcrumb at the top and hover over the Project name, expand the\u00a0<strong>Execute<\/strong> module, and select <strong>Work<\/strong> <strong>Hub<\/strong><b>.<\/b><\/p>\n<h2><a id=\"CommentAttachments\"><\/a>Actions to be performed on Cards<\/h2>\n<h3>Comments &amp; Attachments<\/h3>\n<p>Once an activity is created, open the Comments &amp; Attachments.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To add comments, click the <strong>Comment<\/strong> icon. You can tag other team members with the &#8216;<strong>@<\/strong>&#8216; symbol and add comments.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0To add attachments in the comments, use the &#8216;<strong>^<\/strong>&#8216; symbol. Complete Card<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Closes the work item.<\/li>\n<li>The card is marked <strong>Done<\/strong> and removed from the <strong>Work Hub<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>ii. Add Spillover Card:<\/h4>\n<p>Use this when a card <strong>cannot be finished in the current Sprint<\/strong>, and you want to track remaining work separately.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Before you start<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Spillover is only allowed if there are <strong>time logs<\/strong> on the card.\n<ul>\n<li>If there are no time logs, you cannot create a spillover card.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Steps<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click <strong>Add Spillover Card<\/strong> under <strong>Card Options<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>In the pop-up, update:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Name<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Default: <code>Spillover of &lt;CardID&gt;:&lt;Card Name&gt;<\/code><\/li>\n<li>You can rename it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Open ToDos<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>If checked, all open ToDos are copied.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Remaining Effort<\/strong> on the original card\u2019s ToDos becomes <strong>Estimated Effort<\/strong> on the spillover card.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Comments &amp; Attachments<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Check to copy comments and attachments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Estimates<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>&lt;Original Card ID&gt; estimate<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Pre-filled from the original card.<\/li>\n<li>Revise based on work already done.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>New card estimate<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Enter the effort for the remaining work in the new card.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Close &lt;Original ID&gt;<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>If checked, the original card is closed in Work Hub, Timesheet, and Form listing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"whs16\"><b>Note<\/b>: All fields will be copied except the Sprint, Flag Status, and Votes of the original card.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whs16\">In the spillover card, the following points will be reflected:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"whs19\">The original Card is traced to the spillover card and reflected in the <b>Linked Cards<\/b>\u00a0section.<\/li>\n<li class=\"whs19\">The<b> Activity Log<\/b> of the copied card mentions the original card from which it has been copied.<\/li>\n<li class=\"whs19\">If the <b>ToDo Owner<\/b> is no longer a team member, then the\u00a0<b>Card Owner<\/b>\u00a0will be made the\u00a0<b>ToDo Owner<\/b>. Also, in case the\u00a0<b>Card Owner<\/b> is not available, then the\u00a0<b>Project Manager<\/b>\u00a0is made the\u00a0<b>ToDo Owner<\/b>\u00a0and the\u00a0<b>Card Owner<\/b>. The same will be tracked in the\u00a0<b>Comments<\/b>\u00a0section of the new card.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>iii. Move Card To:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Move a card to another <strong>lane<\/strong> and <strong>column<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>To <strong>remove<\/strong> a card from Work Hub, move it to <strong>Backlog (System)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nimblework.com\/knowledge-base\/nimble\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Move-Card.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-9919\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nimblework.com\/knowledge-base\/nimble\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Move-Card.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"338\" height=\"270\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.nimblework.com\/knowledge-base\/nimble\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Move-Card.png 338w, https:\/\/www.nimblework.com\/knowledge-base\/nimble\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Move-Card-300x240.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 338px) 100vw, 338px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"whs22\"><b>Bulk move<\/b>:\u00a0 Moves multiple cards at the same time.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Press <strong>CTRL<\/strong> (Windows) or <strong>Command<\/strong> (macOS) and click cards to select multiple.<\/li>\n<li>Right\u2011click and choose <strong>Move Selected<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Pick the <strong>lane<\/strong> and <strong>column<\/strong>, then move.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>iv.\u00a0Copy Card:<\/h4>\n<p>Creates a copy of the agile workitem and its card on the Work Hub.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click <strong>Copy Card<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Enter a new <strong>card name<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nimblework.com\/knowledge-base\/nimble\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Archivecard.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-7666 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nimblework.com\/knowledge-base\/nimble\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Archivecard.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"293\" height=\"118\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"whs22\">In the copied card, the following points will be reflected:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Same <strong>ToDos<\/strong>, names, <strong>ToDo Owners<\/strong>, and <strong>Estimated Effort<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Date Identified<\/strong> is set to <strong>today<\/strong>, not the original date.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Activity Log<\/strong> shows which card it was copied from.<\/li>\n<li>All fields are copied <strong>except<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>Flag status<\/li>\n<li>Vote status<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Card Owner<\/strong> is the same as the original.<\/li>\n<li><strong>ToDo Owner<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>If still on the team, it stays the same.<\/li>\n<li>If not on the team, ToDos are created <strong>without an owner<\/strong>, and <strong>Estimated Effort<\/strong> is blank.<\/li>\n<li>These changes are logged in <strong>Comments<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 class=\"whs23\">v. \u00a0Delete Card:<\/h4>\n<p class=\"whs23\">Deletes the workitem and removes the card from the\u00a0board.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"whs23\">vi.\u00a0Archive Card:<\/h4>\n<p>For <strong>completed<\/strong> (Closed\/Done) cards:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Closed cards remain on the Work Hub but are shown with a <strong>watermark<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>When there are <strong>100 closed cards<\/strong>, you get an alert to clean them up.<\/li>\n<li>You can use <strong>Archive Cards<\/strong> to remove completed cards from the board.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Archiving multiple cards<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All selected cards must be <strong>Completed \/ Closed<\/strong>.<a id=\"AddCardonWorkHub\"><\/a><\/li>\n<li>If any selected card is still open, archiving fails, and you will see an error.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Add Card on Work Hub<\/h2>\n<p class=\"whs23\">You can add any agile workitem to the Work Hub by clicking the <b>Add<\/b> icon. The workitem need not be tagged to a\u00a0<b>Release<\/b> to be added to the Work Hub.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click the <strong>ADD<\/strong> icon in the toolbar.<\/li>\n<li>Choose a <strong>card type<\/strong> from the dropdown.<\/li>\n<li>In the <strong>Details<\/strong> popup, fill in the required fields.<\/li>\n<li>Choose a <strong>lane<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>Use the default lane from <strong>Card Settings<\/strong> for that card type, or<\/li>\n<li>Pick another lane manually.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nimblework.com\/knowledge-base\/nimble\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Add-5.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-13909 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nimblework.com\/knowledge-base\/nimble\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Add-5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"854\" height=\"281\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.nimblework.com\/knowledge-base\/nimble\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Add-5.jpg 854w, https:\/\/www.nimblework.com\/knowledge-base\/nimble\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Add-5-300x99.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.nimblework.com\/knowledge-base\/nimble\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Add-5-768x253.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 854px) 100vw, 854px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a id=\"RemoveCard\"><\/a>You can also add a card by right-clicking the board. Read more\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nimblework.com\/knowledge-base\/nimble\/article\/quick-actions-right-click-on-execution-board\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>ReMove Card<\/h2>\n<p>To remove a card from the Work Hub, perform the following steps &#8211;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"whs27\">Click the <b>Card Options<\/b> icon on a card.<\/li>\n<li class=\"whs27\">Select <b>Move<\/b>\u00a0and select\u00a0<b>Backlog (System)<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"whs27\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> The Backlog<b>\u00a0(System)<\/b> lane is not visible anywhere in the application; it&#8217;s for the user&#8217;s reference only.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whs27\"><a id=\"CollapseEmptyColumns\"><\/a>The card will disappear from the Work Hub.
