Open the Analytics page and click the <b>Add Widget<\/b> icon. The <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nimblework.com\/knowledge-base\/nimble\/article\/dashboard-builder\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Analytics Builder<\/a> appears.<\/p>\n<p>2. Click the\u00a0<b>Vertical Stacked Bar Chart<\/b>. Enter the given information in the Data Criteria and Dimension and Settings as per your requirements.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"whs6\"><b>Widget Name<\/b>\u00a0&#8211; Modify the widget name if required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"whs1\"><b>Data Criteria<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"whs6\"><b>Select Workitem type<\/b> &#8211; Select the workitem type for which you want to plot the chart. You can select any number of workitems for a chart. If the selected workitem type has no instances in it, a message is displayed on the screen.<br \/>\n<strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>If you select the My Workitem option, the Release, Sprint, and Task Plan options won&#8217;t be selected as they are dependent on the form&#8217;s execution.<\/li>\n<li><b>Select workitem status &#8211; <\/b>Select the workitem status such as All, Open, Closed, etc. for the workitem types.<\/li>\n<li class=\"whs6\"><b>Select Filter<\/b> &#8211; Select the filter that you want to apply to the workitems for the chart. You can also create a new filter.<\/li>\n<li class=\"whs6\"><strong>Date Range &#8211;<\/strong> The Date Range section provides flexible options for selecting date-based criteria and ranges:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Select Date Criteria<\/strong>: Use the dropdown menu to choose how data is fetched. Options include <strong>Created on<\/strong>, <strong>Closed on<\/strong>, and <strong>Last modified on<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Select Date Range<\/strong>: Choose dynamic or custom date ranges to automatically display data based on the selected period. The options include &#8211; <strong>Custom dates<\/strong> ( Requires additional selection of Start Date and End Date), <strong>Current month<\/strong>, <strong>Current quarter<\/strong>, <strong>Current week<\/strong>, <strong>Current year<\/strong> and many more.<\/li>\n<li>If &#8220;Custom dates&#8221; is selected, two additional dropdowns will appear to specify the Start Date and End Date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: For Organization Analytics and Personal Analytics, the Date Range section will only display Start Date and End Date options.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whs1\"><b>Dimensions and Settings<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"whs6\"><b>Select aggregation<\/b> &#8211; You can aggregate the chart values based on the numeric field of the selected workitem type such as count, sum, percentage, etc.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><strong>Show Data Labels<\/strong> &#8211; Enable this option to view the data labels\/values on the chart.<\/li>\n<li class=\"whs6\"><b>X Axis<\/b>\u00a0&#8211; Select the attribute (and its values) which you want to be plotted on the X axis of the chart. The attribute field shows all the fields which are common in the selected workitem types.<\/li>\n<li>You can plot a trend line on the widget.
