Program Management has often been confused with Project Management and Portfolio Management. While there is a lot in common, it often means managing a lot more dimensions than just the individual projects. There has been very little understanding or guidance in the Lean-Agile community on Program Management. In this talk, we explain some of the areas of focus of Program Management and how Kanban can effectively aid in managing the Program.
