Humanizing work helps create an environment of trust between the leadership and the teams –once this is done, good things start to happen. You can start to humanize work by doing two things today – 

1. Tie the organizational Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to a team’s work and make it visible – Teams working for a higher purpose are very motivated and emotionally vested.
2. Provide timely and in context feedback and recognition and create channels to show empathy.
