Digité August 2020 Newsletter

Overview

It’s definitely been a period of adjustment, hope everyone’s hanging in there! However, “the show must go on!”. So, we were wondering how we could help you to continue to meet your deadlines and deliver value…

This month’s newsletter brings you articles on Kanban, Due Dates, and Estimation. We think it would be of tremendous help to be able to figure out when you can promise the delivery of your work, how much you can take on next and, while the world is going through its thing, figure out how to keep everyone, including yourself, happy.

We covered the best ways to gather requirements in the first and spoke about estimation in the second. We will be talking about forecasting in the next session. They’re all free to view and share. Do take a look.
