On adding a new retro, the fourth step is Select Icebreaker. In this step, there are three different icebreakers to start a retrospective. A good retrospective Icebreaker is short, fun, and engaging. It helps in setting the tone for the meeting by encouraging people to let go of their discomfort or shyness.

To start your retrospective, you get three different Icebreaker questions i.e., Happiness Index, Sprint Weather Report, and Explorer, Shopper, Vacationer, and Prisoner.

For example, if you select Happiness Index, in the first step of a retrospective process i.e. Icebreaker step then you get the following question:
