Actions to Perform on Execution Board

Overview

The Execution Board helps visualize work (as a Card or workitem). The Board has lanes and columns.

  • Lanes are the value streams that can be defined for managing work. Lane is divided into multiple columns.
  • The value stream is defined by multiple columns which represent the different stages of cards.
  • The columns contain cards, where each card is a representation of a workitem of the current sprint.
  • The cards are moved from left to right columns as the work progresses.

With the Execution Board,

  • you can jump-start with the default value stream (having lane and columns) or further customize them
  • to view relevant information of a workitem
  • ensure a smooth flow of work by defining WIP limits
  • move your workitems across the value stream via drag-drop
  • measure your progress through analytics

Navigation
