If you do not wish to continue with your Nimble account, you can opt to delete it by performing the following steps –

  1. From the left panel, under Apps, click the organization name.
  2. Click the Administration menu.
  3.  Select the License Management option.
  4. Click the Delete Account icon on the top-right corner of the screen.
    Please note, that only the account creator can access this screen to delete the account.


Once you click the Delete Account icon, a message is shown asking for confirmation.


Once you click the OK button one more confirmation box appears.


Once you confirm by entering DELETE in the text box and clicking the DELETE button, the request to delete your account is raised in the system. This request gets executed within 30 days of raising the request. Also, an email is sent to you for the same.

Once you delete your account, all the users, projects, and workitems get permanently deleted from the system.
