Common Operations to Manage Practice

Overview

Practices are organized around disciplines or subjects that provide technological support for achieving specific goals in a process area. Project Management, Requirement Management, and Configuration Management are typical examples of practices.

The Process team can define practices in the organization, which can then be added to the Template.
