Simple Work Management

A Simple Work Management template is a tool that allows you to manage and track the progress of your work in a structured and organized manner. It typically includes several elements that help you plan and monitor your work, including project goals, deliverables, tasks, deadlines, and task assignees. This template is designed to help you break down complex projects into smaller, more manageable tasks.

Benefits of using a Simple Work Management template

  • You can create and manage your work as a simple liner list of items to be done.
  • You can make use of other card types to separately track Issues and Risks.

Card Types List

This template comprises three card types:

  • Items: to track any work done by a team member while working on the project.
  • Issues: to track any problems that are faced by end-users to deliver the intended purpose of the project.
  • Risks: to track any risks that may threaten the intent of the project.

The template module groups and constituent modules are represented in the following table structure where each module name has a link. Clicking the link will redirect you to the detailed description of the module.

When you create a project with the Simple Work Management template, the landing page will be an Execution Board with Execution as the default lane. Learn more about the Execution Board here and the default widgets in the Analytics here.
