The Executive Summary AI-Agent provides a comprehensive view of your project’s performance by automatically analyzing Dashboard data and generating an easy-to-understand summary.
It interprets key metrics, identifies patterns and deviations, and presents the findings in natural language along with auto-generated analytics visuals. It helps users to quickly understand the project’s current status, trends, and areas that require attention.
With the Executive Summary, teams can make data-driven decisions without spending time manually interpreting multiple Dashboard widgets.

To access the Executive Summary, navigate to your project’s Dashboard menu and select the Executive Summary menu.
How It Works
Let’s first go through the analytics plotted to understand the summary generated.
The Executive Summary AI-Agent performs the following operations:
- Scans Dashboard Pages: Reads and interprets the widgets and metrics on the selected Dashboard pages. From the dropdown menu, select the Dashboard pages to be analyzed. The AI-Agent will process the selected data and display both the summary text and corresponding visual analytics.
- Analyzes the Data: Identifies progress trends, anomalies, and areas requiring attention.
- Generates a Narrative Summary: Converts the analysis into clear, contextual text summarizing key insights.
- Plots Supporting Analytics: Automatically creates visual analytics, such as Chart Quaterly Progress, Chart Defects 2025, etc.
This integration of textual and graphical insights provides users with a holistic view of project performance.
