This release introduces several enhancements and new features. Here are the highlights of SwiftKanban version 5.2:
Auto Archiving Done Cards
Now, no need to worry about manually archiving the cards on the Done column. You can set days in the Board Policies after which the cards on the Done column in your Kanban Board will automatically get archived.
Cards marked Read-Only in Done Column
As a Manager or Admin, you can limit the access of updating or performing certain operations on cards on the Done column only within you. For rest of the team members, it will be a Read-only card.
Default Column for Adding Linked Cards
Now, you can not only set the default column (Backlog or custom) for adding card via e-mail, but also for adding parent or child card via Linked Cards section.
Side Toolbar Fixed across the application
All the side toolbars across the application are now fixed so that you don’t need to hide or unhide them to get a clear view of the application.
