Let’s first understand how to access helpful resources.

  1. The Help pull-up menu on the bottom left Navigation panel contains various help links.

  • Knowledge Base: Open the Application Help with the Introduction page by default. You can browse through the help pages.
  • Video Tutorials: Opens the Video Tutorial page where you can see all the product videos.
  • About: Information about the product release.

Note: If you are looking for the help of a specific screen or feature then press the F2 key on that screen. It will open the contextual help of that screen/feature.

Where Do I Learn More?

  • FAQs: Commonly asked questions are answered in the FAQs section of the online help. These are organized based on workspaces. The workspace FAQ pages contain sections organized based on Modules. You can look up specific explanations in help or contact support for other queries. The product-specific information falling within the realm of online help can be updated upon request for the same in our forthcoming releases.
  • Glossary: Understand the application terms used in the product and help.
